How can I place and order with Omniwash?
Orders can be placed online via our secure website paying either by credit or debit card.

We have a trade counter that is open from 9.00am to 4.00pm (closed for lunch from noon-2.00pm) that orders can be collected from. Please allow an hour for your order to be picked. Orders placed overnight will be ready for collection from 9.30am.
Do you have a minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order value for online orders. For goods paid for at Trade Counter we have a minimum order of £20 excluding VAT. All orders placed online over £300 (ex vat) are carriage paid to the Mainland UK excluding some Highlands locations which we can quote you for upon application
How can I pay for my online order?
We accept all the major credit & debit cards except American Express. To obtain a copy invoice for orders placed online please click here for instructions.
We are a Public Sector Body how can we pay?
You can either pay online using your public sector purchasing card or personal card. Or alternatively if your purchase is for over £300 (ex vat) you can send us an official purchase order and we will invoice you for payment after you have received the goods.
How safe to use my credit/debit card to purchase from your site?
It is very safe to use your credit/debit card using our online payment portal as we use 128 bit encryption using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
It is statistically safer to place an order online with us than it is using your card on the high street
When will I receive my goods?
Stock items ordered before 3PM are despatched the same day for next working day delivery to you. Larger items or items sent direct from manufacturer are normally delivered within 7 working days. Special deliveries can be arranged if you contact our office.
How much is carriage?
Orders placed online over £300 (ex vat) are standard carriage paid to Mainland UK excluding some Highlands postcodes. Carriage rates are shown for individual items at checkout. Orders not placed online have a different pricing structure, including carriage.
What is standard delivery?
Standard delivery on a pallet service is normally 3 working days from placement of orders with us and includes kerbside delivery to your premises.
For spares and accessories once you select Standard Delivery on checkout goods will be despatched on a next day service. There are some exclusions if you are in a extended zone.
What if I want my goods delivered outside of the UK?
No problems we are experienced at shipping goods around the world.

Will you unpack & install my new purchase?

Who is responsible for checking the dimensions of the equipment and that I have the correct services for the equipment I am purchasing?
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure you have adequate space and services for all equipment you purchase and that you have reasonable access for delivery.

Can you dispose of my old equipment?
Yes, we can arrange collection and safe disposal of your old equipment. Please contact us and we will arrange a quotation for you.
Is your equipment WRAS Approved?

Do your Glasswashers & Dishwashers have electronic control boards (PCB’s)?
No all our machines are electro-mechanical. Would you place your laptop on top of your warewasher in your bar/kitchen and allow the steam and water to get into it? No and that’s exactly the same as putting a PCB inside a machine to control it.
What is a break tank system and why might I need one?
A break tank system stops foul water getting back into the fresh water supply and is a water bylaw requirement in the UK in some sites and or situations. It is regulated by WRAS and enforced by local water authorities. For assistance please contact us or your local water authority to see if you need one.
Do I need a drain pump?
If the waste outlet on the back of the machine is lower than you waste pipe in the kitchen then almost certainly you will as the water cannot get out of the machine. Click here for our helpful diagram to help you decide. Alternatively call us for assistance.
Are the spares you sell genuine original manufacturers spares?
Yes. 99% of all the spares we sell are genuine original manufacturer’s spares. The 1% which are not are CLEARLY descried as compatible and are carefully chosen and tested
Can you send me a catalogue?
With the vast number of items on our website it is not possible to include everything in one catalogue and you will find many items show a pdf icon alongside them for you to download that specific items more detailed information
What technical back up do you provide?
We have a technical department that is able to assist you should the need arise
Can you carry out a site survey?
Site surveys are available upon request and subject to a charge in some instances
Can I return the items to you I have purchased?
We will only accept returns for undamaged and unused items and only if returned in their original packaging unopened and available for resale without repackaging. This is also subject to a restocking charge and delivery charges.
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged we will only replace or credit goods signed for at the time of delivery as “received damaged” unfortunately carriers will not allow any claims for shortages or damages once you have signed for the goods unless you clearly sign for them as “damaged” or “short delivered” Please ensure you check your goods prior to signing for them.
